🔥 Who's Recruiting

The Sky Harbor job fair page lists the November roster, and it leans hard on food service and ground operations. Here is who is coming and what they want:

  • Ramp, bags and cargo: Bags Inc. needs baggage handlers, airline check-in agents and CDL drivers. Worldwide Flight Services is hiring warehouse and ramp agents, and Trego-Dugan Aviation wants customer service and ramp service staff.
  • Restaurants and lounges: HMSHost, Kind Hospitality, SSP America, Aramark's Sky Café, The Grove, Sir Vezas, the Flight Club and The Refuge kitchens, and the McDonald's in Terminal 4 are all hiring cooks, cashiers, baristas, hosts and crew. Sodexo is staffing the Chase Sapphire Lounge and the United Club with cooks, prep cooks, wait staff and supervisors.
  • Passenger service and cleaning: ABM needs passenger assistants. HHS is hiring cabin cleaners, dispatchers and supervisors, Hyde Park Hospitality wants day cleaners, and Velocity is filling overnight floor technician jobs.
  • Retail and sales: Paradies is hiring customer service, replenishment and warehouse staff. CASA Unlimited wants sales associates, and Clear (listed as AlClear) is hiring sales and service reps. AeroMexico is looking for a duty manager.

The list can still change, so check again the week of the fair.

💵 What It Pays and What Comes With It

Only two employers put a number on the roster. CASA Unlimited lists $15.50 an hour with weekly pay and monthly bonus chances, and the Terminal 4 McDonald's lists $16 an hour. For everyone else, ask at the table.

The perks are the quiet selling point. HMSHost offers free parking or a Valley Metro pass, Paradies a bus or parking pass, and the Sodexo lounge jobs a parking pass. Several employers, including Clear and Aramark, list a 401(k), and many list medical, dental and vision. Benefits vary by company.

📋 How to Show Up Ready

Take Valley Metro Rail to the 44th Street/Washington stop and ride the Sky Train in, or park on site. Bring a stack of printed resumes, a photo ID, and a straight answer about your availability, including nights and weekends. Airports run around the clock. The Bags Inc. driver job calls for a CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements, so bring your license. Velocity's floor technician roles require experience.

November 3 is also Election Day, so plan your morning around it.

Struck out on October 6? Go back. Each month brings a fresh roster, and this one includes Clear, AeroMexico and the Terminal 4 McDonald's. For every other Valley event this season, see our fall Phoenix job fair guide.
