PHOENIX, AZ — TTEC is bringing its recruiters to South Phoenix next week. The ARIZONA@WORK City of Phoenix job fair runs Tuesday, October 27, from 9 a.m. to noon at the South Mountain Community Library on 24th Street, and the one employer on the bill is filling customer service and sales jobs that pay $18.50 to $23.50 an hour.
One morning, one employer, and a short list of phone and sales jobs with real pay. The catch is the commute: the job fair is in South Phoenix, but the work is in Tempe.

💼 The Jobs TTEC Is Filling
TTEC runs customer experience and sales operations for other companies, and these openings are at its Tempe site. The event flyer names three openings:
- Customer Services Concierge Support. TTEC's own posting lists $21.50 an hour to start, full time, and asks for a high school diploma plus at least a year of customer service, hospitality, financial services or call center experience.
- B2B Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid). The posting lists $23.50 an hour plus performance bonuses. This is the experienced role: two or more years of sales, ideally selling software, cloud or small-business accounts.
- B2B Customer Service Representative, Sales Appointments (Outbound, Hybrid). Outbound calls to business customers to set sales appointments.
Both postings we reviewed on TTEC's careers site also list a $1,400 retention bonus (conditions apply), paid time off, health benefits and tuition reimbursement.

The job fair is at a South Phoenix library, but the jobs themselves are based in Tempe. TTEC's postings describe both roles as onsite to start. "Hybrid" in the job titles means you can earn some work-from-home days by meeting performance standards, not that you start at home. If you need a fully remote job, or you can't get to Tempe every day, this one isn't for you.
